After selecting the city nearest to your property, you will immediately see the portal’s login and registration forms.
New property manager accounts For new property manager accounts, please register your account by entering your information into the appropriate fields on the registration form. After the initial registration, please contact our support team to verify your account and to complete the process for property manager access.
Existing property manager accounts If you already have an account, please complete the login form to access the portal.
Search permits
After logging into your account click the “Search Permits” link in the main menu.
Viewing different property To the top of the search permits page will be a dropdown with the properties you have access to view in alphabetical order. Click the dropdown and select the different property for which you wish to search.
Search permits by vehicle Property managers and enforcement roles have access to search for permits by vehicle. Enter the vehicle information (complete or partial) into the form and click the search button to see a list of matches.
Search permits by user Only property manager roles have access to search for permits by user. Enter the user information (complete or partial) into the form and click the search button to see a list of matches.
