Here’s how to troubleshoot if you’re not receiving transactional or notifications from SimplyPermits.
How to Whitelist an Email Address
For Gmail Users
- The email address “noreply@simplypermits.com” can be added to the Contacts by Gmail users. This addition ensures that emails from this address are not sent to the spam folder.
- A filter can be created by users, where emails from “noreply@simplypermits.com” are marked as important.
For Outlook Users
- The “Safe Senders” list should be accessed from the Junk Email Options. “noreply@simplypermits.com” can then be added to this list.
- By adding this email address, it is ensured that all emails will directly enter the inbox, bypassing the junk folder.
For Apple Mail Users
- A new contact for “noreply@simplypermits.com” can be created by users. This action facilitates the recognition of incoming emails as legitimate.
- Alternatively, a rule can be set up in Mail Preferences to direct emails from this address directly into the inbox.
