Here’s how to manage the password for your SimplyPermits account.

Lost or Forgot Password

To request a new password:

  • Click Forgot password?
  • Enter your Username or Email
  • Click Submit


* After you submit your username or email address, we’ll email you a code you can use to change your password.

** If you don’t receive an email within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and adjust your filtering by allowing emails from

Change Your Password

To change your password from your dashboard:

  • Click Change Password
  • Enter your Current Password
  • Enter your New Password
  • Confirm your New Password
  • Click Save changes
